Order and Shipping

How do I place an Order?

There are two easy ways to place an order on Paksell.pk. No Account or singup is required.

Order on Website:

  1. Add product to cart or click on buy it now button.
  2. Fill shipping information with active mobile number.
  3. Choose payment method.
  4. Click on Pay now or complete order button.

Order on WhatsApp:

  1. Go to our Whatsapp store and browse catalog.
  2. Add to cart product you want to order and click on "Place Order" button.
  3. You will get an instant reply "Your cart is ready!" click the "Place Order" button. You will be redirected to checkout page.
  4. Fill shipping information with active mobile number.
  5. Click on "Pay now" or "Complete order" button.

How will you deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered through one of the fastest and secure courier service available in Pakistan.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time may vary for different cities in Pakistan.

Normally 1-2 working days required to deliver in major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sahiwal, Multan, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, Sukkur and 2-4 working days for other cities.

Efficient delivery time for Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir within 4-6 working days.

Nevertheless, the delivery may require 6-8 working days during Festival holidays or uncertain weather conditions such as fog season, Snow falling in northern areas etc.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order directly from Whatsapp order confirmation notification.

If you didn't receive a notification, send a message on WhatsApp or contact us +923001115968 to cancel the order.

If your order paid via Credit/Debit card, your amount will be refunded in next 8-10 working days subject to the parcel is not handed over to the courier.

If your paid order has already shipped, refund will be issued in next 8-10 working days after getting back the parcel from courier.

Can I open Cash on Delivery Parcel before payment.

No. You can't open the parcel before the payment to the courier.

Our all proucts are eligible for 7-days free return, incase of product is damaged, not working or not as described, you can apply a free return directly from your account or contact us on WhatsApp.

It is recommended to record a video of parcel and product box opening to secure your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped, you will get a shipping notification on your given email or Whatsapp number. Where you can track your order on Paksell.pk or directly from courier's website.

What is the difference between Standard shipping and Express shipping?

In both shipping methods the order will be delivered through one of the fastest and secure courier service available in Pakistan.

The difference between standard and express shipping is to prioritize order processing.

Are your prices negotiable?

All prices on the website are final.

Payments and Refunds

Which payment methods are available?

We offer a wide range of secure payment mothods.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Credit/Debit Card payment.
  • Bank Transfer
  • Jazzcash / Easypaisa
How to pay online?

Credit/Debit Card Payment:

When paying online through a Credit/Debit Card, make sure your card is activated from the concerned bank for online payments / e-commerce transactions.

Bank Transfers:

Securely transfer payment to our account via Bank App, Internet banking or physical bank branch.

Jazzcash / Easypaisa Wallet:

To make the payment through Jazzcash or Easypaisa wallet, check the limits of your account before payment.

You will see all payment Methods, Bank accounts details and Jazzcash / Easypaisa wallet number during the order on checkout page.

I refused my delivery where is my refund?

No issue, If you refused the delivery of your Credit/Debit card paid order, your full refund will be issued in next 8-10 working days after getting back the parcel from courier.

If the order is paid through Bank transfer or Jazzcash / Easypaisa wallet,the refund will be processed within 2-3 days after getting back the parcel from courier.

Returns and Exchange

What is your return policy?

All items can be returned within 7 days free of charge in
case a product is defected/faulty/damaged/not working/not as described.

You will be required to Email or WhatsApp Video/photographic evidence of the defective item at returns@paksell.pk before any claims can be processed.

We will examine the product and run necessary diagnostic procedures before getting
it replaced or refund the amount.

What if I receive a damage product ?

In case your ordered product arrives in a defective or damaged state, please contact us immediately so that we can guide you how to return/replace the item. We will examine the product and run necessary diagnostic procedures before getting it replaced by the manufacturer or refunding you the amount you paid for the purchase.
